Rental Agreement Terms

Eligibility Requirements

To rent a vehicle from us, you must:

• Be at least 25 years of age
• Hold a valid driving license for at least three years
• Provide valid identification and proof of address
• Hold a valid credit or debit card in your name
• Meet our insurance requirements

Reservation Process

Reservations are subject to vehicle availability. Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee vehicle availability. We will confirm your reservation within two business hours after verifying availability and receiving required documentation.

Payment Terms

Payment is required as follows:

• A deposit is required upon reservation confirmation
• Full payment is due at the time of vehicle collection
• A security deposit will be held on your payment card during the rental period
• The security deposit is released within 7 business days after vehicle return

Cancellation and Refunds

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before pickup: full refund
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before pickup: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup: no refund
• Failure to collect vehicle without notice: no refund

Vehicle Use Restrictions

You agree to:

• Use the vehicle only for lawful purposes
• Not allow unauthorized persons to drive the vehicle
• Not use the vehicle for racing, rallying, or competitions
• Not use the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Not transport hazardous materials
• Not use the vehicle for driving instruction
• Not take the vehicle outside the United Kingdom without prior written permission
• Not sublease or rent the vehicle to others

Insurance and Liability

All rentals include comprehensive insurance with zero excess. However, coverage may be void if:

• The vehicle is used in violation of these terms
• The driver is intoxicated or under the influence
• The incident results from willful misconduct or negligence
• An unauthorized driver is operating the vehicle

Vehicle Condition and Returns

You are responsible for:

• Inspecting the vehicle before departure and reporting any damage
• Maintaining proper fluid levels during the rental period
• Returning the vehicle in the same condition as received
• Returning the vehicle with a full fuel tank
• Returning the vehicle at the agreed time and location

Charges for Damage or Violations

You will be charged for:

• Any damage to the vehicle not covered by insurance
• Missing items or accessories
• Excessive cleaning required
• Traffic violations or parking fines incurred during the rental
• Fuel if not returned with a full tank
• Late return fees
